Layne Hook

Layne Hook has extensive experience in engineering, particularly within Caterpillar Inc. from June 2002 to December 2008, holding various titles including Six Sigma Black Belt, Engineering Technical Steward, and Engineering Fellow. Prior to this, Layne worked as a Bike Mechanic and Store Manager at TWO WHEELER DEALER from August 1990 to February 1994, and as a Project Engineer at Automated Analysis Corporation from February 1994 to November 1996, specializing as an FEA analyst on off-highway equipment. Layne holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, earned between 1989 and 1993.
