Lee Sharp

Lee Sharp is an experienced program and project manager with a robust background in the automotive industry, currently serving as the NPI Program Team Leader at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sharp was the Senior Program Manager at B–ON, where leadership of a global cross-functional team enhanced product and process improvements for Commercial e-Mobility solutions. Previous positions include Program Manager at MOKE International, Vehicle Line Manager at London Electric Vehicle Company, and Senior Program Manager at Shanghai Automotive UK, among others. Sharp's extensive experience encompasses product development, electrification initiatives, and strong collaboration across international teams, backed by technical expertise gained during an extensive career at Jaguar Land Rover. Educational qualifications include studies at Coventry University and East Birmingham College.
