Patrick Bush

Patrick Bush is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMO Lead at Caterpillar Inc., where they manage a portfolio of impactful improvement projects within the Industrial Power Systems Division. With extensive project management experience, they have led teams in saving over $25M through effective project portfolio management and DMAIC problem-solving. Previously, Patrick served in various roles, including Project & Program Manager in the USAF, where they coordinated a $110M pilot training program and managed the deployment of an $85M flight simulator project. They also held positions at Friedrich Air Conditioning, focusing on product development and quality engineering. Patrick holds a Master's in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
