Steven Settingsgaard is currently the Regional Security Director for North America at Caterpillar Inc., a position held since 2014. They also serve as the Chief of Police at the Peoria Police Department. Prior to these roles, Steven worked as an Inspector at the Milwaukee Police Department from 1979 to 2005.
