Anshu Raj is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As the Founder of Caterspoint since October 2016, Anshu has established a leading cloud kitchen that focuses on healthy and gourmet food delivery, emphasizing innovative culinary experiences. In addition, Anshu serves as the Head of Product Development for Saladspoint, where the vision of delivering high-quality salads is driven through comprehensive product innovation. Previously, Anshu held roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Chef at FRSH, where operational optimization and meal creation were prioritized. Anshu’s earlier experiences include positions as Chef de Cuisine at STAR INNOVATIONS & SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Head Chef at ROLLING STONE HOTELS, and foundational training at esteemed institutions like the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development. Anshu currently pursues an MBA in Culinary Arts at Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, complementing a Master in Culinary Arts from Punjab Technical University.
