Anshu Raj is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As the Founder of Caterspoint since October 2016, Anshu has established a leading cloud kitchen that focuses on healthy and gourmet food delivery, emphasizing innovative culinary experiences. In addition, Anshu serves as the Head of Product Development for Saladspoint, where the vision of delivering high-quality salads is driven through comprehensive product innovation.
