Amanda Ernst

Amanda Ernst has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Strategy Consultant for The Mind Company. In 2012, they became the Head of LATAM Operations at Foodpanda for Rocket Internet GmbH. From 2013-2015, they were the Co-founder and Managing Director of Duriana. Finally, they are currently the Co-Founder and COO of CaterSpot, an online marketplace that connects companies with great local suppliers.

Amanda Ernst attended Queen's University from 2005 to 2009, earning a BCOMM in Business Strategy, Marketing, and International Business. In 2008, they participated in an international exchange program at NEOMA Business School in France, where they studied International Business.
