Cat Hicks, PhD, is a psychologist specializing in technology teams and the author of "The Psychology of Software Teams" (CRC Press, 2026). They have served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and University Lecturer at UC San Diego, focusing on online learning and psychological concepts.
