Matt Devine

Data Consultant at Cathexis Partners

Matt Devine has been working in the data industry for over 10 years. Matt started their career as a Communications Technology Manager at the National Lung Cancer Partnership, where they were responsible for managing the organization's database of over 140,000 donors, participants, advocates and sponsors. Matt also created departmental efficiencies/process improvements through database analysis and segmentation, and implemented database data-entry standards/policies/procedures and created database hygiene initiative.

In October 2012, Matt transitioned to Cathexis Partners, where they now serves as a Data Consultant. In this role, they are responsible for recommending target audiences for development outreach and communication initiatives through data mining, generating queries, running reports and developing dashboards for staff, and developing implementation plans for database upgrades. Matt also trains staff on the proper use of the database and its functionality, and serves as liaison with vendors for database-related inquiries, upgrades and billing.

Matt Devine has a BA in Sports Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
