Francesca Licari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth operations and public affairs. Currently serving as Growth Operations Manager at CATHEXIS since April 2022, Francesca has held multiple roles including Senior Proposal Analyst and Proposal Analyst. Previously, Francesca worked at The Aluminum Association from September 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing bi-annual association meetings, overseeing logistics and finances for Aluminum PAC, and editing technical documents in the Standards Department. Prior to this, Francesca gained valuable experience through several internships, including positions at Pfizer in government relations and the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, alongside academic achievements at the University of Virginia and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
