Michelle Giancola

Michelle Giancola, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Lead HR Generalist at CATHEXIS since July 2021, having previously held the title of Sr. HR Generalist. Prior to CATHEXIS, Michelle worked as an HR Generalist at Cadence Inc., supporting various HR functions for a medical device manufacturer, and at NetCentrics Corporation, where responsibilities included generalist duties for a government contractor. Earlier roles included HR Assistant at Cobham Tactical Communications and Surveillance, Administrative Assistant II, and Research Assistant at George Mason University, where contributions were made to educational development. Michelle's career in leadership also includes coaching as Head Swim Coach at Redding Country Club. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University.
