Diane Baxter

Diane Baxter is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the US Engineering Manager at Cathie since January 2021. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Associate Principal at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. from May 2000 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained from 1994 to 2000, a Visiting Scholar experience at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute in 2007, an MSCE in Civil Engineering from Purdue University (1992-1994), and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Tufts University (1986-1990).
