Harry Bryan is a Project Engineer at Cathie since July 2022, bringing a strong background in engineering obtained through a Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds. Previously, Harry held various roles in the hospitality sector, including multiple positions as a Bartender/Front of House at establishments such as The Lost and Found Leeds Club and Browns Bar and Brasserie. Additional experience includes work as a Bakery Operative at Fox's Biscuits and earlier roles ranging from Front of House at The Sump - Marston's PLC to a Kitchen Porter at The Unicorn Inn.
