Jennifer McGrath

Jennifer McGrath has several years of legal experience, with their most recent position being Vice President & Managing Counsel at CATIC since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Title Counsel at CATIC from October 2018 to April 2021. Before joining CATIC, Jennifer was a Partner at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC from February 2013 to October 2018. Jennifer also held the position of Assistant Vice President, Associate Counsel at Fidelity National Financial from June 2010 to August 2012, and served as an Associate at O'Rourke & Associates, LLC from November 2007 to June 2010.

Jennifer McGrath earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Marist College from 2000 to 2004. Jennifer went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 2004 to 2007.
