Jeremy Potter is Senior Director of Strategy & Innovation for Quicken Loans. In this role, Potter oversees a team responsible for product innovation, emerging technologies & Fintech, housing policy & industry relations, and market intelligence. Potter joined Quicken Loans in 2016 as an Associate Counsel in the Deputy General Counsel's office responsible for a variety of legal, regulatory compliance, state legislative affairs and consumer protection matters within the Family of Companies. Potter has served in a variety of leadership roles with the Mortgage Bankers Association and Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association including as Chair to the Mortgage Bankers Association State Legislative and Regulatory Committee. Prior to Quicken Loans, Potter was the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Norcom Mortgage & Insurance in Avon, CT. He served or chaired several committees at Norcom and was a board member of the Norcom Cares Foundation. Potter is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. Potter holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Mary Washington where he graduated with honors.
