Andrew Downes

With more than 25 years of experience, Andrew built and ran high-growth teams and businesses with a wide variety of management and legal roles in financial institutions.

From 2012-2019, Andrew was a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of a hedge fund Atreaus Capital.

From 2005-2011 Andrew was a Managing Director and the COO of the Global Credit and Fixed Income Currencies & Commodities businesses at UBS.

Prior to 2005, was a senior lawyer covering complex derivatives, other financial transactions and M&A at Credit Suisse and Baker & McKenzie.
