Anders Romare

Anders Romare is an experienced executive with a robust background in digital transformation, information technology, and management consulting. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at causaLens and a Senior Advisor at Nordic Alliance, Romare also owns Romare Management Consulting. Previous roles include Chief Digital & Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Novo Nordisk, where leadership encompassed a global IT function with over 4,000 employees. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Romare held senior positions at Airbus and Volvo Group, including roles such as Vice President of Technology Services and Vice President of Industrial Solutions. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Gothenburg and an MSc in Electronics from Chalmers University of Technology, alongside completion of the Non-Executive Director Program at INSEAD.
