Our vision is a world in which progressive nonprofits and other civil society organisations efficiently overcome discord and conflict - both within their own organisations and in alliances - and thereby collaborate more harmoniously and effectively to deliver a more just and equal world.

Historically, one of the greatest strategic advantages of the forces of retrogression has been their ability to collaborate seamlessly across ideological divides, while one of the greatest strategic weaknesses of the forces of progressivity is their tendency towards infighting and factionalism. Our mission is to enable social justice movements and progressive civil society organisations to overcome both internal and external conflict and thus to work together more effectively and harmoniously.
