Hailey Carter

Hailey Carter is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in development operations and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CauseMic since March 2021, Hailey has previously held multiple roles at Team Rubicon from September 2015 to February 2021, including Senior Associate in Development Operations, where responsibilities included partnering with senior staff to enhance strategies and overseeing a team.
