Amanda-Louise Ehrlich has extensive experience in design and project management within the restaurant and architecture sectors. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Special Projects at CAVA since January 2025, Amanda-Louise also holds the position of Design Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company since April 2017. Prior roles include Director of Design and Senior Manager of Design at Founders Table Restaurant Group and Assistant Project Manager at Sargenti Architects. Amanda-Louise began their career as a Designer at Whitfield Associates, Inc., and Costas Kondylis and Partners, after gaining foundational experience as an Intern at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM). Amanda-Louise earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Art History from Pratt Institute and a Master of Architecture from Woodbury University.
