Ashley Grennor is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in project management and administrative support. Currently serving as the Culinary Program Director at CAVA since November 2018, Ashley has progressed through several leadership roles within the company, including Sr. Culinary Project Manager and Culinary Project Manager. Prior to CAVA, Ashley owned Top Tier Admin, a company offering digital marketing and virtual administrative solutions for small businesses, from January 2016 to January 2019. Between 2009 and 2016, Ashley held the position of Engineering Support Supervisor at the Tennessee Valley Authority, overseeing project coordination and managing a team for the Engineering Configuration Control group. Early career experience includes an Accounting Clerk role at Yale Locks. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Georgia State University.
