Beth Valinski

Beth Valinski, CPA, is currently the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at CAVA, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as an Internal Audit Manager at Texas Pacific Land Corporation from 2024 to 2025 and as a Senior Internal Auditor at Builders FirstSource from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Beth gained experience as a Tax Associate and Tax Senior at Carr, Riggs & Ingram from 2020 to 2021, and as a Senior Audit Associate, Audit Associate, and Audit Senior at Deloitte between 2017 and 2018. Beth earned both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
