Currently, they operate Carey Polis Consulting, where they enhance digital footprints for brands and manage editorial initiatives. Previously, Carey served as the Food Editor for The Huffington Post and the Digital Director at Bon Appétit, overseeing significant editorial strategies and team management. Carey began their career as an editorial assistant at The Nibble and has experience coordinating editorial content at Eats Media Group. They hold a Master's degree in Food Culture & Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University.
