Ernie Granillo

Ernie Granillo serves as the Regional Facilities Manager at CAVA since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from a 22-year tenure at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Granillo was promoted to Facilities Manager at Chipotle, where responsibilities included establishing Facilities leadership in the Boston market and developing a team capable of addressing complex challenges. Earlier roles included Facilities Specialist, where Granillo utilized operational expertise to enhance systems and processes, and Senior Restaurant and Training Manager, which involved overseeing daily operations and training a team of 30 crew members. Granillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Arizona State University.
