Frank Maldonado

Frank Maldonado is a seasoned restaurant manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. They began their career as a New Store Opener and In-store Trainer at Carlson Restaurants/T.G.I. Friday's from 2000 to 2005, where they facilitated new restaurant openings and staff training. Frank later managed Red Hot & Blue from 2013 to 2016 and became the General Manager at Zoes Kitchen in 2016. They then served as a Restaurant Manager at Love and War in Texas from 2006 to 2013, mastering operations and staff training. Currently, Frank holds the position of Senior Area Leader at CAVA.
