Gilberto Dominguez

Gilberto Dominguez is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in agricultural production and management. Currently serving as Senior Plant Manager at CAVA since September 2025, Gilberto has held significant roles in various companies, including Head of Controlled Environment Agriculture Development at Soli Organic and Chief Operating Officer at Bowman Andros Products, LLC. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Shenandoah Growers, Inc., and General Manager at Monterey Mushrooms, LLC, where Gilberto managed a facility with a budget of $52 million and oversaw the production of over 500,000 pounds of mushrooms weekly. Earlier positions include Production Supervisor at Fair Oaks Farms, Slicing and Packaging Supervisor at Carl Buddig and Company, and Blending Master at Fresh Express. Gilberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Loyola University Chicago.
