Hope T.

Hope T. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support and business partnership roles. Currently serving as Sr EC to the CoFounder/CEO and CFO at CAVA since February 2024, Hope previously worked as an Executive Business Partner to the CoFounder/CEO at Grove Collaborative from November 2019 to August 2023. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sr Executive Assistant to the President/Managing Partner at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. from March 2011 to July 2018. Hope T. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University.
