Howard Elliott

Howard Elliott currently serves as a Multi Unit Leader at CAVA since April 2023. Previously, Howard held the position of Area Operations Manager at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex from July 2021 to April 2023 and was an Area Manager at Noodles & Company from August 2014 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations for a Confidential Restaurant and Loft from June 2008 to July 2013, where responsibility encompassed leadership and fiscal oversight of a business generating $6-7 million annually. Howard also spent over a decade as Regional Manager at Applebee's International from May 1997 to June 2008. Howard holds a Master of Business degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
