Iris Shao, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Accounting Process at CAVA since February 2024. Prior to this role, Iris held the position of Manager for Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Tractor Supply Company from October 2021 to February 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at 4Patriots and various roles at GNC, including Lead Accountant for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting and Senior SEC Accountant. Iris began her professional career at Deloitte, progressing from Discovery Intern to Audit Staff and then to Audit Senior over a span of four years. Iris holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Shanghai University.
