James D. White

James D. White is an accomplished business leader and board member with a wealth of experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a board member for CAVA, Greenlight, Schnuck Markets, Inc., and The Simply Good Foods Company, White leads as Board Chair for The Honest Company and holds a significant role with CECP. As co-founder of Culture Design Lab, White focuses on enhancing organizational culture and purpose. White also co-founded the Directors Academy, aimed at advancing diverse corporate board members. Past roles include Lead Independent Director at Affirm, Inc. White holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA from Fontbonne University, and is a Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow at Stanford University.
