Jason Huck is an experienced professional in the food manufacturing and dairy industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at CAVA since January 2017, previously holding roles such as Senior Director and Director of Commissary Operations. Prior to CAVA, Jason was the General Manager at From The Farmer, where the organization focused on enhancing connections between consumers and food sources. Jason's background also includes significant roles at Cornell University as Manager of Technical Services at the Dairy Plant and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant. Earlier career experiences include positions at HP Hood as a Quality Assurance Intern and at Chapel Hill Creamery as a Cheesemaker. Jason holds a Master of Science in Food Science/Dairy Microbiology from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Vermont.
