Jeff Gaul

Jeff Gaul is an accomplished professional in the field of real estate and store development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at CAVA since May 2024. With extensive experience, Jeff previously held the role of VP of Global Store Development at Nike from August 2022 to May 2024, where leadership of global store concepts was paramount. Prior to Nike, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Store Development at Sephora, overseeing various strategic initiatives within the LVMH Group from March 2017 to August 2022. Jeff's earlier roles include Chief Development Officer at CorePower Yoga, Senior Vice President of Global Store Development at Chico’s FAS Inc., and Director of National Real Estate Management at Limited Brands, Inc. Jeff began the career at Gap Inc. as a Senior Real Estate Representative. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing and Economics, from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, graduating in 1994.
