Jenny Roberts

Jenny Roberts is a seasoned professional in sourcing and sustainability, currently serving as Sr. Director of Sourcing and Sustainability at CAVA since April 2021, after holding the position of Director of Procurement and Sustainability. In this role, Jenny drives a sustainable culture from field to fork, strengthens supply chains, collaborates with culinary teams, and supports supply chain efficiency. Previous experience includes various senior roles at Starbucks from July 2015 to April 2021, focusing on sustainability marketing, global responsibility, and ethical sourcing. Earlier roles include leadership in supply chain and producer relations at Fair Trade USA and project management at IMAFLORA. Jenny's educational background includes an MBA and MPA from NYU and a BA from Georgetown University, complemented by international study at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
