John Lepper is an accomplished restaurant management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Restaurant Openings and New Restaurant Opening Lead at CAVA since November 2017, John coordinates operational transitions and oversees the training development of over 40 restaurants across the United States.
