Kylie's initial roles included positions as a Department Assistant at Youngstown State University, MiLB Customer Service and Sales at Mahoning Valley Scrappers, and participation in the Disney College Program with The Walt Disney Company. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Employee Relations from Youngstown State University.
