Lisa Bastian, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital program management and agile project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Program Management at CAVA since August 2022, Lisa has held several key positions, including RTE/Capability Delivery Lead at UnitedHealth Group and various roles at Optum, including Manager of the Scrum Master Center of Excellence. Previous experience includes project management and scrum mastering at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and IT process management at Nash Finch Company, as well as serving as a PMO Project Manager at Affiliated Computer Services. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Clarke University.
