Matthew Wright

Matthew Wright is an accomplished leader in the food service industry with extensive experience in operations and training. Currently serving as Area Leader at CAVA since May 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Director of New Store Openings and Training at Duckworths from September 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Matthew was a District Manager at Panera Bread for nearly six years, following a long tenure as Director of Operations at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill from 2003 to 2015. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Southern Adventist University and AdventHealth University.
