Melissa Scott

Melissa Scott has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the Academy General Manager and Training General Manager at CAVA since November 2021, where the focus is on developing leaders and fostering strong customer loyalty. Prior to this role, Melissa held various managerial positions, including General Manager at Zoes Kitchen from May 2017 to November 2021, General Manager at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for a brief tenure in late 2016, and over 17 years at Chili's where Melissa progressed from Manager to Managing Partner. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Music Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Belmont University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
