Migael Randall

Migael Randall has extensive experience in various roles within the food service and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at CAVA since August 2019, Migael has also held positions as a Business Systems Analyst and Menu and Data Systems Administrator at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Retail Technology Group as a Support Center Technician and Tier 2 Technician, and a brief stint as a driver for Uber. Migael's background in the food industry includes managerial positions ranging from District Manager to Restaurant Manager at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. and Jack in the Box, showcasing a strong ability to oversee operations, manage staff, and maintain inventory and cost controls. An early role at Southern Illinois University involved officiating sports for the campus recreation league.
