Rob Bertram

Rob Bertram is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in diverse roles within corporate law. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at CAVA since September 2021, Rob is responsible for leading a legal department of over 20 professionals to support the growth and protection of CAVA's multi-channel Mediterranean culinary platform. Prior to this, Rob held the position of SVP and General Counsel at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc., where strategic legal guidance was provided to one of America's largest closeout retail chains. With a strong background in corporate law developed through roles at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, Stevens & Lee, and Eckert Seamans, Rob has also contributed as a member of the advisory board for OPEN MINDS. Rob's academic foundation includes a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law and a B.A. in Economics from Penn State University.
