Rodrick Barham

Rodrick Barham is an experienced Regional Facilities Manager with a strong background in managing facilities and maintenance for numerous restaurant chains. Currently, Rodrick oversees facilities operations for CAVA, leading efforts for the Greater Houston market since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rodrick held similar positions at Yadav Enterprises, Inc., and Hopdoddy Burger Bar, where responsibilities included managing maintenance for over 100 restaurants and supporting construction for new locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Facilities at Verts Mediterranean Grill, Inc., and as Regional Facilities Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where Rodrick successfully managed operations for over 300 restaurants across four states and developed effective preventative maintenance programs. Rodrick holds a degree from the University of Houston and is a graduate of Eisenhower High School.
