Ryan Mathis has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Area Leader at CAVA since January 2016 and also holding the position of General Manager at Zoes Kitchen since 2016. In addition to these roles, Ryan has contributed to training and leadership within Zoes Kitchen. Prior to these positions, Ryan was a General Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill from August 2005 to July 2015 and held management roles at Cheddar's Casual Cafe in 2015. Ryan obtained an education from Clemson University.
