Sarah Doherty

Sarah Doherty is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience across multiple food service organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager at CAVA since November 2021, Sarah was instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency for the facilities team, managing service channels, and generating detailed reports. Prior experience includes the role of Facilities Category Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where responsibilities encompassed processing work orders, supporting budget management, and overseeing vendor inquiries. Earlier positions also included Operating Partner at Cafe Zupas and Training Store General Manager at both honeygrow and Jason's Deli, where Sarah excelled in P&L management, staffing, and operational compliance. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University.
