Eva Seif is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the VP and Associate Chief Legal Officer at CAVA since March 2021. Prior to this role, Eva was employed at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from April 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Corporate Attorney and Labor and Employment Associate. Earlier experience includes a legal internship and law clerk positions at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. and Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A., as well as a tenure as Teaching Assistant at Stetson University College of Law, where instruction was provided for Research and Writing I and II.
