Kyle Allen has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Kyle most recently served as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Cavalier Distributing, where they aligned the HR function with the company's goals and provided guidance to all departments. Previously, they worked as the Human Resources Leader at LMG Holdings, overseeing HR functions for multiple brands. Kyle also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Quaker Chemical and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they managed programs related to employment, employee relations, and compliance.
