Miranda Rowe

Miranda Rowe is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Cavalier Distributing since August 2021. In this role, Miranda collaborates with multiple departments to enhance employee onboarding and management support, while overseeing organizational program development and implementation. Prior to this position, Miranda worked as a Training and Development Coordinator at Tire Discounters, Inc., assessing learning needs and coordinating training activities for a large workforce. Additionally, Miranda has an academic background as an Instructor at Miami University, where educational programs were developed to optimize learning for over 3000 participants. Miranda holds a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education from Wright State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and an Associate of Arts in Creative Writing.
