Vikki Dake possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service within various logistics and aviation companies. Currently serving as a Domestic and Exports Operations professional at Cavalier Logistics since April 2018, Vikki has previously held roles at Pacific Aviation as a Flight Operations specialist and at MAPCARGO Global Logistics as an Ocean Export Agent. Additional experience includes working as a Customer Service Agent at HALLMARK AVIATION SERVICES and as a Consultant for US AUTOPARTS, focusing on web catalog and document security. Vikki has also served as an Executive Assistant in the Philippines, managing critical contracts for a startup and engaging with senior executives and dignitaries. Earlier in the career, Vikki worked as a Passenger Service Agent at DNATA INCORPORATED, handling complex customer service issues for various international airlines. Vikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Dominic Savio College.
