Tom Berry

Tom Berry currently serves as Chair for MikeWorldWide in London, providing strategic consultancy and counsel following a leadership transition within the company. As Managing Director, Tom oversees the UK and European operations, focusing on brand narratives, crisis communications, and corporate communications. Additional roles include Independent Member of the College Council at King's College London, Trustee for the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion, and Founder of Be Less Beige, offering board-level expertise across various sectors. Tom also holds positions as Non-Executive Director at Aequitas Global and Mental Health First Aid England, as well as an Advisor for One Question. Previously, Tom taught GCSE and A-Level English at Sutton Grammar School and served as a Board Member for Sutton Music Service. Academic credentials include an MA in the History of the Book from the University of London and a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from UCL.
