Nathaniel Bailey has been working in the photography industry since 2014. Nathaniel began their career as a Multimedia Storyteller at Nathaniel Bailey Photography, where they gained experience in stills and motion, as well as social media management, communications and strategy. In 2018, they began working as a University Marketing and Communications Intern at Kent State University, where they created storytelling images both in and out of the studio for the university. Nathaniel also began working as a Photo Editor at KentWired, where they assigned, toned and edited daily news coverage as well as long-term assignments for both print and web. In 2019, they began working as a Photographer at Boyd's Station, where they photographed and documented the people and places of Harrison County, KY, contributing to a photographic archive of the county. In 2020, they began working as a Contributing Photographer at CAVAN IMAGES.
Nathaniel Bailey began their educational journey at Montana State University-Bozeman, where they studied Economics. Nathaniel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Political Science at Kent State University, which they completed in 2020. Nathaniel is also certified as an EMT by the NREMT and a Wilderness First Responder by NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
