Vicky Cavanaugh

Vicky Cavanaugh is an accomplished management consultant and executive with extensive experience in strategic transformation and operational leadership across diverse organizations. As President and Management Consultant at Cavanaugh Consulting LLC since July 2015, Vicky has partnered with clients like Genentech to drive significant organizational change. Previous roles include VP Transformation at Gainwell Technologies, where a Transformation Office was launched, and Director of Strategic Alignment at Optum, where strategic change management for health system partnerships was led. Vicky served as Interim Chief Operating Officer for the American Diabetes Association, driving a strategy pivot and revenue increase post-Covid, and held executive positions at organizations such as Judi's House, The Colorado Health Foundation, and Emerson Human Capital Consulting, demonstrating expertise in operations, finance, and strategic planning. Vicky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
