Cave Shepherd & Co. Limited is a Barbados public listed company that was formed in 1906.  The Company is a diverse and multi-faceted organisation with interests in financial services, retail, property development, renewable energy, and international business.

With its legacy in retail, the Company continues to have a presence in the sector in Barbados and the Caribbean region through its associated company, GCS Limited.  GCS Limited operates Ganzee, a leading destination souvenir retail operation in the islands of Barbados and Grenada, as well as Caribbean Kidz and SpiceitUP.  

The Company's interests in financial services are held through equity holdings in Fortress Fund Managers (75%), Signia Financial Group (40%), DGM Financial Group (72.7%) and Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc (100%), trading as PAYCE DIGITAL.
